Terms of Service

Owner-approved private-alpha draft; not attorney-reviewed. Effective date: October 5, 2026.

The important part. KEEP? is an organizational aid. It can help you keep track of purchases, return decisions and expected refunds, but it cannot decide whether a return is eligible, prove that a carrier received an item or confirm that money reached your account.

Agreement and eligibility

By using KEEP?, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. KEEP? is provided by ZENDELI CO. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What KEEP? provides

KEEP? provides tools for recording purchases, reviewing suggested return dates, organizing decisions, and tracking return and refund progress. Optional features can extract information from receipts and selected lifecycle emails.

KEEP? is not a retailer, marketplace, carrier, return provider, bank, card issuer or financial adviser. It does not control a retailer’s policies, a shipment, a return decision, a credit or a refund.

Your responsibility

Email-derived and model-generated information may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated or incorrect. You remain responsible for:

KEEP? does not guarantee that a retailer will accept a return, that a carrier will deliver it, or that any refund or credit will be issued.

Access and connected services

You may use manual features without connecting Gmail or email forwarding. If you connect a third-party service, you authorize KEEP? to use it only as described in the Privacy Policy and remain responsible for your relationship with that provider. Do not share another person’s mailbox or receipt content without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse KEEP? or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass its security or limits; use it to access another person’s information; submit unlawful or malicious content; automate requests in a way the product does not support; or reverse engineer credentials or protected service functionality except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Beta availability

KEEP? is a private beta. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed; imports and notifications may be delayed; and the service may experience interruptions. KEEP? may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or protection of the service and its users.

Fees

The current private beta has no paid subscription described by these Terms. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase and may require updated terms.

Intellectual property

KEEP? and its original software, design, text and branding are owned by the service provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta; they do not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, KEEP? is provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purchase, retailer or return. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for missed return windows, rejected returns, lost shipments, missing credits, lost data or decisions based on incomplete or incorrect extracted information. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited. A monetary liability cap requires owner and legal review and is not stated in this draft.

Termination

You may stop using KEEP? at any time. Remove any email forwarding rule and disconnect Gmail if you no longer want those integrations active. The service provider may suspend or terminate beta access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the beta. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes

These Terms may be revised as the product changes. Updated Terms will identify a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Legal-review status

No governing-law or venue selection and no contractual monetary liability cap are stated in this private-alpha draft. Those provisions require legal review before a broad paid release.
