Track the handoff and expected refund separately. KEEP? never treats a label or QR code as proof that money arrived.

Gmail access is read-only.
If you connect Gmail, KEEP? looks for relevant purchase and lifecycle messages so it can organize orders, deliveries, returns and refunds. It cannot send, delete, modify or mark messages as read.
