Using KEEP? manually

You can add and manage purchases without connecting an email account. Return dates and extracted information are organizational aids; confirm important dates and amounts with the retailer and your account records.

Connecting Gmail

Gmail access is optional and read-only. KEEP? cannot send, delete, modify or mark messages as read. You can disconnect it in KEEP? and can revoke access from your Google Account’s third-party access settings.

Using email forwarding

Email forwarding is an alternative to Gmail access. Your provider controls its forwarding rule. If you stop using the KEEP? address, also remove or disable that rule in your email provider.

Deleting information

Delete individual purchases in the app. The forwarding reset control requests removal of what is waiting for that address and its alias registration; offline or failed cleanup may leave records until their normal retention or operational cleanup applies. Disconnect Gmail separately. Other review, diagnostic, notification and activation records have their own deletion and retention paths; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Reporting a problem

Do not email receipts, OAuth codes, passwords, forwarding credentials, full order numbers or payment details. A description of what happened, the app version and the approximate time are usually enough to begin.
